How to Order
Whitehats Store is an online platform to provide our clients with information regarding the displayed devices and update them about prices of those devices. Procedure of putting forward demand of your desired devices is very simple at Whitehats Store. Let us guide you through that process
- Client must create a quotation of devices that they want to buy
- We will inform our clients about the availability status and pricing update about the devices that they have mentioned in their quotation
- Client will need to provide certain information along with submission of quotation e.g. contact number, address, billing method etc.
- In case of availability of products mentioned in the quotation, a proper invoice will be sent to the client stating all necessary details e.g. time of delivery, location of delivery, mode of payment etc.
- After getting an approval for said invoice from client, products stated in the quotation will be shipped to the customer.
- Contact us through a phone call and let us know about the product that you wish to buy.
- A stock check will be done by our representative about the availability of that particular product in our stock
- Our representative will also check that the price of the product is same as displayed on the website.
- Our representative will ask you about certain information like amount of ordered product, contact number, address, billing method etc.
- A proper quote will be sent to you stating all necessary details like time of delivery, location of delivery, mode of payment etc.
- After getting an approval for the quote, product will be shipped to the customer.
Mode of payments
- Online transfer
1. Select a product of your choice and press “Add to Quote”
2. Click on “My Quote” button from Home Page and see the products that you have entered into your quotation
3. In order to check availability, press on “Proceed to quotation” button. Enter your Log In details or else get registered for a new account on Whitehats Store
4. Fill “Billing Information” form to provide us with required information to send you the availability report and price update for your quotation
5. In case, you have a different “Shipping Address”, fill up the below form
6. Ask us to check the availability of products that you have mentioned in your quotation
7. Get a “Quotation #” for future reference
