Whitehats is dedicated to provide products to our clients without any nuisance because client satisfaction is our top most priority. Still there are some factors related to Shipping and Returns that we want to disclaim to our customers beforehand.
Whitehats is going to make sure that best logistic support is provided to our clients for the purpose of shipping. Still Whitehats is not responsible for any damages that occur to product during the course of shipping. Other terms and conditions related to Shipping are:
- Shipping time will be fixed at the time of quote
- Shipping charges can vary and client will be informed, beforehand, regarding any change in the charges of shipping.
- Fixed shipping charges are only for UAE
- In case of any custom charges applicable, during shipping, client will also have to pay for them as well
- All the products sold by Whitehats are going to be from authorized brands and no fake products are shipped
- Any repair/damage claim during the shipping must be made to vendor/manufacture.
- In case of any claim of warranty/return vendor/manufacturer must be consulted.
- Whitehats can provide you with address and contact of Customer Support Service of a product’s vendor/manufacturer but Whitehats will not be liable to any such claim of warranty/repair/return.
